Level
1 Cuban Salsa Essentials Class and Casino Rueda
Next class is January 6 - 27, 2009
(6 - 8 p.m.) - Tuesdays
This is a four-week course in Cuban Style/Casino Salsa that gives you
a great intro to this fun dance. This class is for beginners, and no
partner is necessary. Class is from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Platinum
Club (126 SW 4th in Corvallis) and the cost is $35 if
you pre-register online or $40 at the door.
- Foundation motions of Casino taught in this class: Guapea Basic, Dile Que No, Enchunfla, Vacilala and Exhibela.
- Rueda de Casino motions taught in this class (depending on time): Un Fly, Besame, Tocala Cabeza, Tocala Rodilla, Bing Bong, La Linea, Dame, Dame La Loca, Dame por las Manos, Enchunfla, Principe Bueno, Princesa Mala, Vacilala, Vacilala con Sabor.

2 Cuban Salsa Essentials Class and Casino Rueda
Next class is January 5 - 26, 2009 (6 - 8 p.m.) - Mondays
So you've taken a few of our Level 1 classes, your Salsa rhythm is flawless,
you know guapea, enchunfla, dile que no, and vacilala, and you think
it's time to move up, try more challenging things - great! Our Level
2 class is for you. The four-week class is from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Platinum
Club (126 SW 4th Street in Corvallis). Cost is $35.

- Foundation motions of Casino taught in this class: Siete and Adios
- Rueda de Casino motions taught in this class (depending on time): Medio Sombrero, Sombrero, Enchunfla Doble, Adios, Adios con Hermana, Vacilala Y Dame, Siete, Siete con Coca Cola, Festival de Adios, Festival de Enchunfla, Pelota.
Need minimum of 18 people pre-registered to hold class.

3 Cuban Salsa Essentials Class and Casino Rueda
Next class is January 8 - 29, 2009 (7:30 - 9:30 p.m.) - Thursdays
This is a four-week class that builds on skills
taught in Level 1 and Level 2. It is a fast-paced class that will cover
more intermediate motions in Casino Salsa. Basics of Casino and the
rhythm are a must for this class. Class is held at ODD Fellows Hall (223 SW 2nd St. in Corvallis). Cost is
$35 if pre-registered or $40 at the door . Please pre-register by emailing info@rumbanana.org.
- Foundation motions of Casino taught in this class: Guancola and Ronde
- Sample
Casino and Rueda de Casino motions: Siete con Coca Cola, Siete Moderno, Paseala de Cuba, El Dedo, Montana, Setenta, Dame Dos, Evelyn. We also refine all the Casino motions and technique, and work on good lead
and follow skills.
Need minimum of 18 people pre-registered to hold the class.
